Boone Distributors

In 1992, Boone Distributors, Inc. was founded in a 3,000 square foot rented warehouse in Lakeland, Florida.  The company is a wholesale distributor of carpet cushion, ceramic setting materials and grouts, adhesives and other installation accessories to flooring dealers and installation contractors in Florida and coastal and southern Georgia.

By 1995, Boone was on the phone to Folsom, hiring us to remodel a warehouse for them on Crystal Grove Drive in Lakeland, a location that has served as their headquarters and main distribution center ever since.  In early 2000, Folsom Construction completed a new 15,000 square foot distribution center for Boone’s Sarasota location and added a 5,000 square foot addition to the facility in April 2007.  Just two months prior, we completed a 16,800 square foot distribution center in Orlando.

In May 2005, Boone Distributors moved its Lakeland headquarters and distribution facility into a building located on West Pipkin Road.  Folsom performed the 4,300 square foot build-out and a number of other building modifications.
